Our LED Tubes can work together with external battery backup kit for emergency lighting. Below is explains:

1. If the T8 LED Tube is with internal driver, emergency mode have to be full brightness. If the T8 LED Tube is with external driver, you can choose 30%, 50%, 100% brightness for emergency lighting.

2. Emergency duration time have 1hour or 3hours for option.

3. One emergency battery kit can drive 1 or 2 tubes.

A: Send us email to explain problem with pictures including application, based on correct usage, we send new lamps for replacement free of charge,  shipping cost by us within first year or by clients since 2nd years.

Q: OEM design for packaging acceptable?

A: Yes, MOQ is 200pcs per order.

Q: What is MOQ?

A: 4pcs, because standard packing is 4pcs per carton.

Q: Sample policy?

A: clients need to pay for samples and shipping costs.

A: For samples(<USD5000): By bank transfer or Western Union, 100% deposit.

   For order(USD5000-20,000): By bank transfer, 30% deposit and balance before shipment.

   For order(>USD20,000), 30% deposit by bank transfer, and balance by bank transfer or by LC at sight.
